Wedding Planning Guide

Wedding Planning Guide Rule #1: PERFECT PLAN
Taking the time to prepare and plan for your wedding involves creativity, patience and networking. To many, the details of planning a wedding from beginning to end seem daunting and stressful.
Often this leads to hiring a planner - someone who will mange the entire process until and on your wedding day.
I always suggest to my brides to invest in a good wedding planning software, what will keep them stay organized and up to date of the to-do's!
Remember to always follow a good checklist, and line up all of the major elements.
Once you have everything in place, you can sit back, relax, and celebrate the party of a lifetime.

Wedding Planning Guide Rule #2: GOWN & ATTIRE
Choosing the right wedding dress can be the most stressful and rewarding part of planning your wedding. There are so many different styles, varied shapes and prices of wedding gowns out in the market today it can be very overwhelming.
How do you select the right dress to flatter your body as well as match perfectly with the theme of your wedding?

Secrets of the Sexiest Wedding Dress:

Empire
The high waist (just under the bust line) is the signature of the empire dress, although the skirt can be A-line or slim line.
The gown can be strapless, however, long sleeves will give you a more formal or medieval look.

Empire

An empire dress is for you if:
You're short, full-hipped and/or thick-waited.
The high waist will disguise the imperfections of your lower body.
You have a small bust. The snug fit will make your breasts seem fuller.
You're pregnant, and need room to move (and grow).

Skip this style if:
You're big-breasted.
You have a generous figure. It may disguise a few bumps but won't necessarily flatter your good points

Sheath
Sheaths are usually the sexiest wedding dresses, as they closely follow the line of the body. For best effect, sheaths come in flowing fabrics like jersey, silk, georgette and crepe.

Sheath

A sheath dress is for you if:
You're thin and/or tall, although thin straps are best avoided if you have bony shoulders or collarbone.
You're petite and well-proportioned. The simple lines will lengthen your body.

Skip this style if:
You're full-figured. It will cling to full tummies.
You're short-waited or pear-shaped. It will widen the lower part of your body.

Ball gown
The most traditional choice, it's typified by a fitted bodice and a full skirt. It's the most formal wedding gown and the structured shape is often set off by fabric such as organza, taffeta and tulle.

Ballgown

Ball gown is for you if:
·  You're slim.
·  You have an hour-glass figure — as long as your waist is thin. Otherwise, an A-line gown will be more flattering.
·  You're pear-shaped. Look at strapless styles that will draw attention to the top half of your body.
Skip this style if:
You're petite. A ball gown can overwhelm you, although a lower waistline, say at hip level, may elongate your figure and therefore allow for a slightly fuller skirt.

Princess/ A-line
The most flattering silhouette for most body types, the princess-style gown (known also as A-line) features vertical seams flowing from the shoulders or under the bust line down to a flared skirt.

Princess/A-line is for you if:

You're petite, short or short-waisted. The vertical lines will elongate your figure. If you love your shoulders, go with a halterneck or off-the-shoulder design. To appear taller, choose detailing above the waist to draw the eye up.
You're full-breasted. Choose a scooped or V-shaped neckline in order to lengthen the neck. Avoid unsupportive spaghetti straps and plunging necklines that accentuate your cleavage

Skip this style if:
You are very tall
You have flat shoulders

Gone are the days when every wedding reception has to have a large floral centerpiece. Do not be afraid to let your creativity shine!
Use all your senses to maximize your guests wedding experience.
Taste; through the food and beverage
Touch; create texture. Mach tablecloth and napkin fabric to your dress. Hang draperies. Have wedding cake color matching bridesmaids dress.
See! Use lights and play around! Do the Christmas lights behind the draperies. Create shades and colored lights. Use candles!
Shape it up! Create new. Use square tables instead of rounds on your reception and on your ceremony, have the chairs in a crescent round shape around the bride and the groom.
Hear; music. Make sure music is matching to the other components!
Smell – the strongest sense; Do not let food smell or the scent of the flowers overtake the room. To avoid that burn scented candles and let the magic begin...
